It's 1 SP allocated to attack or defense =+29 to the attribute. Take one of my builds at level 2600 with 1 personal attack 1 personal def, A "normal build" would have a 37,700 advantage heavy builds can go from 60k-132k just off skill points, I'm just about maxed out at 600k with drops etc. and there is no possible way for me to gain anywhere near 37k in both attack and defense. It would never level out for me no matter how much I level, even dropping 3/2 every level will never get me in range with the SP builds. Solutions would be 1) allow 3 weapons 3 armor 1 vehicle per mob. 2) drop this change and bring in "cage match" option so SP builds can destroy everyone and still be able to lose in a returned "attack" 3) Sell skill points (not good idea IMO) 4) reverse changes and leave something that isn't broken alone aka treat it like a sore (member) and don't (play) with it.
