Old Tyme Sniper Rifle

Nope. Since there has to be ONE item used that unlocks at level 1430, and the only one is the Emerald Scale, we can't rule it out.
Just because a non-gift is used in a different recipe DOESN'T mean it WILL NOT be used in a second recipe. We just haven't seen any recipes that do that yet.

Well, I'm stumped on the level 1430 requirement, then.

 

Emerald Scale + Non gift weapons does not work, now working on mateys.

Edit... Emerald Scale + Mateys does not work. I doubt it is with a ship, so until we get the other blacksmith recipes, I am giving up on the Emerald Scale.

 

So, I wonder what the level 1430 requirement is...Maybe it is misleading, like the Rusted Hook...
Only 2 items...neither a gift...Maybe the other Blacksmith recipe unlocked at that level? Twin Blades? Even though it is listed AFTER the rifle...Alphabetical order?
