New blacksmith recipes

anyone knows any?

 

help secret ninja.we need your hints please

 

Considering they've been out for only an hour, it's doubtful.

We have:

• Highland's Longbow
  • Attack 17 / Defense 10
  • North Midgard, Level 2
• Ebony Knife
  • Attack 31 / Defense 28
  • South Midgard, Level 15
• Njord's Champion
  • Attack 26 / Defense 22
  • Aegir's Sea, Level 75
• Skyshine Blade
  • Attack 50 / Defense 50
  • Vanaheim, Level 300
    • Why is this stronger than the next Hidden Recipe?
• Giantsbane
  • Attack 46 / Defense 46
  • Jotunheim, Level 600

 

true, i'm currentlu trying to get the longbow, but i don't know what else to try with Longbow - gift. i already tried, the ranger, scout and warrior. it's only level 2, i don't know what else i could use

 

Well, the Longbow is a gift...and gifts unlock at certain levels...
You get no adventure drops for the first 5 adventures. But there's a North Midgard Challenge. One of those 3 drops is the Ruffian Helm. I don't know what the other 2 are.

Longbow + Ruffian Helm
Longbow + Ruffian Blade (I'm guessing at the Challenge Drops)
Longbow + Ruffian Tunic
Longbow + Pillager's Tunic
Longbow + Pillager's Axe
Longbow + Pillager's Helm
Longbow + Chainmail Armor (drops on the 6th adventure, so I doubt it's used)

Longbow + Ranger
Longbow + Scout
Longbow + Warrior

 

can't be ruffian or pillager's. both sets have higher attack or defense power,
it must be 2 gifts and 1 non-gift, but which ones ?

 

If both the Ruffian and Pillager sets have higher Attack AND Defense than the Highland Longbow, then any non-gift that is used has to be one of the starting purchases.

 

I'm looking around and I cannot find the relative attack/damage power of those hidden items under the Blacksmith menu. How did you come upon this info?

Also, I've tried all sorts of combos with the Longbow and other low level items and/or warriors, but no dice so far. Seems to me that it should only be two items since the other two North Midgard items are only 2 each. Might start trying combos that DON'T include the longbow, and see where that gets me.

 

go under "customize your loadouts" then click "show all items" it shows all items and stats even if you dont have them.

And Mitsuya, I've tried pretty much all those combinations, exchanging "Highlands Ranger" for "Longbow", but no luck either.

 

Highlands Longbow

Are there only 8 items you can get from the secret gift?

I found a post that listed:
Aesir Statue
Celtic Gorget
Champion Knives
Fishing Spears
Iron Workers Hammer
Mini Melee Axe
Training Sword
Zombie Bat
as secret gift items.

I have tried all the above items with the Highlands Ranger, Scout, Warrior, Helmet, and Knife.
Does anyone know for sure that its only 2 items? Could multiple gift items be used for 1 recipe? I think those are all the items available at level 2.

 

yes, i posted those 8 items, and so far only those have dropped.
also, like i said before, i think it could be made from 3 items
until we get some hints, i don't know what are we going to do.
maybe if someone creates a new account and says what items are available at level 2?

 

I started an account on facebook yesterday to see the level 2 items. The first 2 weapons and warriors available to buy and the Highland Ranger are the only things unlocked besides gifts. All the gifts I listed are available at level 2. I think the Leather Helm unlocked at level 15. I got a little carried away and leveled to 15 before I checked which gifts were unlocked.

here are the items available at lvl 2 : scout, warrior, helmet, knife, ranger and the following gifts : box of chocolates, stag statue, blessed oil, scroll of vanir knowledge, nordic crossle pendant, lump of coal, northern knot charm, iwaz rune, north star charm, torch, vanir statue, byggvir ale, freyja's tears, gold necklace, war belt, skull tunic, wooden rabbit amulet, leather helm, viking axes, wooden shield, thor amulet, longbow, viking tunic, mead horn and viking dagger. also there is the possibility of a drop from the secret gift but i doubt it.

I am guessing the recipe is going to be like the Steel Sword and have 2 gift items. I really hope I'm going the right direction with this.

 

Since there are six new hidden recipes (at least for those under level 2300), shouldn't we make one thread for each of the recipes and their corresponding solving attempts? If all six are trying to be solved on one thread, it will get rather unwieldy rather quickly!

 

Yes, but then we have no hints right now, and people are likely going to keep making their own threads for the Blacksmith recipes (which is annoying), it's not necessary right now.

One thread is good to compile ALL HINTS we get, with individual threads for the recipe trials.
