    I didnt get my moving on up achievement LVL 1721 in mobwarsl lcn ??? my new city is sydney

    Movin on Up achievements are for certain level goals. If you are level 1721 your next achievement in this category is Level 1750 and the previous one was when you achieved level 1500

    all u have too do is look at your ach an it will tell u on what level is next on getting your next skill points an favor points etc. ;)
