Since Friday, when I try to play the game from my iphone or ipad on the kanoplay.com/zombieslayer site, the game refreshes for a few minutes before I can get on the site, and sometimes it refreshes indefinitely and I cannot get on the site at all. Also, the attached screen appears as it is refreshing, which is new, I have not seen it before. Another friend of mine is having the same issue, so I know it’s not just me. This is a new issue; in the past the game would load immediately.
I know that the developers are looking in to this, but these things often aren't easy to fix! They're working diligently on it, though, and we appreciate your patience!
