I have a ticket in but have not heard anything yet. I cannot post jobs, get on private boards or anything. Never use bad language, have never been chat banned before. Can someone tell me what is going on?
Ticket response time is usually between 24-48 business hours, so a ticket sent in before the weekend will be subject to that delay. Support will get to your ticket in short order.
