Help. Problem w "personal loadout"/weapons equip

I've read through the help section and searched a few folders here.

Why am I having trouble filling all 3 of my "personal loadout" positions. I have quite a few items. But for some reason the 3rd spot will never get filled when I try to equip items, only the first 2 spots. What's going on here?

have you got 3 armable items?armable items are adven drops and god items only oh and boss items and gifts.items bought with game coin doesnt count.

one other thing is you can only arm one item of the same name.example,if you have 2 alfheim shields,you can only arm one of them not both.

 

1. you have to get the required level, is the 3. slot really empty or is it locked?
2. you have to check the slot you wanna fill, else you will only change the weapon in slot one forever
