How do I create a syndicate? First it said i had to be level 50 then after reaching that it said I need 1 billion dollars. Now it says text is too short. Presuming that means syndicate name is too short how many characters does syndicate name require?
finally it was because I didn't have anything in the internal box which doesn't make sense to me why that is needed.
