Raid boss not allowing all slots to be filled

Questions about Amsterdamn's raid boss:

How come it says:

Levels 0-1000 : 10
Levels 1001-1999 : 10
Levels 2000+ : 10

But, only 24 people are in it?

It means we might not be able to kill it, even though if we had 6 additional people we might have been able to.

 

I've got a developer on it, and he'll sort it out.

 

Ive got the same issue in LCN - not that bad, 29 players and showing 10 in all 3 tiers.

 

i am not 100% sure but i think the owner of the raid counts as number 30! i have seen this in many raids!

 

The Boss owner will take up 1 spot in whichever tier they happen to occupy, so really it's 29 + the Boss summoner.
