Player Bans October 18 - October 24 As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes. FB: 99 Kps2: 9 Kong/Armor 3 The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. New Limited Items! A new week means new Limited Items! Here’s what’s up for grabs (tomorrow!): Movember Monthly Calendar! We mustache you a question, but we’re shaving it for later! The Movember Monthly Calendar starts tomorrow morning at 10:00 am PDT and finishes up at the end of the month! And just in case anyone thinks we misspelled “November”: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Movember World Chat is Now Free on Facebook and Kano Play Server 1! This week we turned off the need for Speakers on World Chat for Facebook and Kano Play Server 1. If you were wondering what happened to your accumulated Speakers, now you know! Changes to the Battle Arena Effective October 29 In case you missed our announcement, here are the Battle Arena changes that went into effect this past Wednesday: Player Anonymity Players will still choose a nickname if they so desire when they register for the Arena. During the duration of the event, everyone on the list will appear with the same generic name "Slayer" so you don't know who you're attacking. Targets can still be saved like in the past, but the search function will no longer be a part of the Arena. When a target is saved to your list, they will be assigned a number based on the order that they were saved so you can keep track. These numbers only appear on your saved list and do not have a bearing on the list of overall targets or anyone else's saved list. At the end of the event, the nicknames (or actual names) of the winners will be published. The list of targets will be randomized for everyone. Stamina Slider "Kill Shot" You can set the Stamina Slider anywhere from One to Ten, but if the Slayer you are attacking is above 20% of their maximum Health, then the maximum number of attacks you can do at once is Three (even if the Slider is set to 10). Once the targeted Slayer is under 20% of their maximum Health, then the Four to Ten Stamina attacks become available. The Fortitude Bar was removed during this Arena. Although I kind of wish I had constructed something that could be more easily packed up and taken on the bus. ಠ_ಠ A tip for your Support tickets! Many player use slang, abbreviations, and other shorthand when talking about the game. This is totally fine, but it's helpful to be aware that a lot of jargon has been made up by small groups of people. Players outside of your normal crowd (and Support staff) might not be familiar with the terms you use. Most of the time we can figure out new jargon by look at t context, but this can be challenging if the whole ticket consists of one sentence about how the cadence of the MPG is barring entry on your console, or something. You can help us figure out your issue more quickly by using the same language used by the game itself, or by including a quick definition in brackets the first time you use a term that might not be universally known.
