[KanoPlay] i submitted a ticket and still no response :(

    i submitted a ticket with support on 12 September 2017 09:31 PM
    replied 2 times to it allready and still no response WTF is going on ??

    our clan lost the leader/creator account so we are dead in the water why is no one from support reacting to tickets !!!!!

    Hey crazy peter,

    We are in the process of on boarding 2 new members to our support team and as you have noticed the response time has taken a bit of a hit. We are turning that corner though and we should be back to our usual response time very very soon. And to amplify this each time you respond to a ticket it puts it at the back of the queue :(

    Till then I am going to PM you to get more info to see if we can't help you with your Syndicate

    Uhm today is the 12th, usually takes atleast 2-3 business days for a reply, also if reply to own ticket it gets bumped back to last received as well.

    yeah i just saw your response seems i took the wrong date ....lol
